This door gets a lot of sunlight and heats up. The paint was blistering, scraped and sanded it down, washed it and painted it. The color is Mayo Teal by Benjamin Moore.

Ripped up this old carpet out of a basement that occasionally leaks through the floor. Gave the concrete an acid wash and then sealed it with a waterproofing epoxy and also painted all the baseboard heaters

Why buy something new and expensive when you can hire us to paint it for a fraction of the cost?

I have seen this in the store dozens of times and never bought it because it was plastic and looked cheap. Actually tried it out today and it doesn't work. Plastic and cheap, do not buy! (Have not used the other half of product that smoothes newly applied caulk)

Helpful tip for you DIY people out there: if you have a really big gap that needs to be caulked, stuff it first with some backer rod. Cheap foam rope that will fill most of the gap so that you do not need to waste multiple tubes of caulk on one gap! Cheaper and more efficient :)

Some water damage above this window deteriorated the plaster/wall. Patched it up and repainted the wall and ceiling. Window was stained by someone else years ago

After sanding and cleaning a baseboard heater the best way for a perfect finish is to take a few seconds to cover anything nearby and use a spray can. Rust-Oleum has multiple colors and will also prevent rust from coming back.

This was basically two small mudrooms next to each other. Another contractor knocked out the wall to make it one big mudroom, installed some wainscoting and built some custom cubbies. We painted this mudroom to go with the new floor that was just installed. Painted the ceiling, walls, wainscoting, trim and built-in cubby/shelving

Bathroom we just did, luckily they kept the missing tile so we put it back in its home :)
