You made it!! Day 1 of the Cameo Crossfit 12 Days of Christmas Challenge! One the 1st day of Christmas what will the WOD be? 12- Air Squats 11- Butterfly Situps 10- PUSH UPS 9- Superheroes 8- Burpees 7- Jumping Jacks 6- Rotating Side Planks 5- Lunges Each Side 4- Squat Jumps 3- Pike Push Ups 2- Pistol Squats 1 Minute Plank Hold!!!! Do all of this for time and you have great workout to lead you and your family into the holidays! Let us know you made it to day one...post your videos, selfies, and times!

Oh wow!!! We are already on day 2!! I know you are all ready to see what's next so let's get to it! On the 2nd day of Christmas what will the WOD be?? 12- Air Squats 11- Butterfly Situps 10- PUSH UPS 9- Superheroes 8- Burpees 7- Jumping Jacks 6- Rotating Side Planks 5- Lunges Each Side 4- Squat Jumps 3- Pike Push Ups 2- Pistol Squats (1 each side) Now we know Pistol Squats are a hard move to master so grab a chair or something to stabilize with if you need and give this move a go!

Cameo Crossfit 12 Days of Christmas Challenge: Let's finish the weekend STRONG!! On the 6th day of Christmas what will the WOD be?? 12- Air Squats 11- Butterfly Situps 10- PUSH UPS 9- Superheroes 8- Burpees 7- Jumping Jacks 6- Rotating Side Planks To perform a rotating side plank start in a regular plank...wrist under shoulders, butt down, straight line...then rotate open to your right side...ankles stacked on one another with wrists and shoulders all stacked to make a straight line...then rotate back to a straight plank...then to the opposite side. Each side counts as one. To modify you can plank from your knees and as you rotate keep the bottom knee down and extend the top leg. As an extra challenge for today...try giving up one of the following: Sugar Drinks Bread Fries Foods Sweets ...or go the extra step and cut out all of these for the day!

The weekend is here but the Cameo Crossfit 12 Days of Christmas Challenge is still going on strong...On the 7th day of Christmas what will the WOD be 12- Air Squats 11- Butterfly Situps 10- Push Ups 9- Superheroes 8- Burpees 7- Jumping Jacks Try to do these exercises at a fast pace to increase your heart rate...push yourself! As an added weekend challenge try and maintain your water intake and make smart eating choices while eating out.
