Every instructor at the studio is 200 hour certified and provides variations for all levels.
Private and corporate yoga classes are also available. Call for prices

Have you experienced sound healing yet? This concert uses 7-metal Himalayan Singing Bowls and a gong to bathe your body in sound. It's sort of like this deep meditation that leaves you feeling floaty. The full moon is coming up next Tuesday and we are celebrating with another sound healing concert!
