Lincoln's Premier Family Health and Fitness Complex We are Lincoln's premier family health and fitness complex. No matter what your fitness goals are we offer you a way to reach them. We offer a variety of activities including: Tennis, Racquetball, Over 100 Group Fitness Classes per week (including Les Mills Group Fitness classes, bootcamps, kickboxing, yoga, barre, zumba and more), Pilates, Synrgy360x, Personal Training, a full size gymnasium, indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor track, batting cages, tanning beds, and more! We are the MOST family friendly club in Lincoln offering free child care, a nursery, a jr gym, childrens activities year round, summer camps, swim team, super fun days for when school is on break...the list goes on and on!
