We have added a few new items to the gym over the weekend! And to celebrate spring break week, our day passes will be $5 from now until Sunday night!!

To anyone who's ever struggled with knowing how hard you need to workout for a max calorie burn, this video is a good example. I'm walking at a pace of 2.9mph and an incline of 15% and if you notice my heart rate (wearing a sportline heart rate strap which connects to the treadmills) in the top left, is well above my target Heart rate of 141! It's all about working out smarter instead of harder!
