This first Healthy Hour willi include a question and answer session so we can better tailor each successive Hour to meet your needs. Each week we will also focus on customized nutritional supplement** and why our food supply may not be enough to keep us at optimum health. A free Health Assessment will be offered each Thursday. Future topics may include "How to Stock Your Pantry", "Good and Bad Ingredients", "Importance of Hydration", "Essential Oils" and more! **We are excited to offer Customized Nutritional Supplements as part of our health focus. When we had our restaurant, we felt it important to offer healthy food, herbs, teas, essential oils, etc. These supplements are an amazing addition to our lifestyle and hopefully to yours.

Hey, Y'all! If you watched our last video, you know that we aren't a restaurant anymore, but don't let that discourage you! We have so many good things in the works! We're almost ready to launch our website and offer a few amazing classes and the opportunity to purchase organic teas. AND be on the lookout for posts that include Bliss recipes that you can make right in your own home!
