80 acres of land with oak trees, a swimming pool, solar showers and lots of farm critters. Zoned for music festivals, camping, weddings, art & crafts fairs For the safety and protection of the many animals that call Maddox Ranch home, and due to our unique terrain, we do not allow pets or animals of any kind to be brought to the ranch during special events. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any person who brings an animal to the property without prior consent from the land owners.

It's a pig Feeding Frenzy
Funktober Fest is a grassroots funk festival for fans, by fans. Due to lakeland's lack of a beer festival for October and a it's abundance of funk fans, sparked an idea. The goal, make a music festival for the people by throwing a huge party. Bring it back to the basics, good people, great food, bonfire, and as a gift to the fans . . . FREE BEER.
