Help Wanted at Art Night Out August 11 Beer Garden/Art Night Out Shifts: Set up crew A 2:00 - 3:30pm (help!) Set up crew B 3:30 – 5:00pm (help!) Shift #1 5:00 – 6:30 pm (2 needed) Shift #2 6:30 – 8:00 pm ( 6 needed) Shift #3 8:00 - 9:30 pm (11 needed) Clean-up crew 9:15 – 10:45 pm (help needed) I am signing up volunteers for the August 11 Art Night Out. The next Art Night Out is on August 11. Groove-a-Licous will be the music for the night – and they will be a lot of fun! If you would like to volunteer August 11, please let me know as soon as possible. Send me your shift and location request. We need 100 Volunteers per night to make it work! We need LOTS of other volunteers to be posted at 1 of 6 entry tents to help maintain the area around the Beer Garden perimeter. This is a great job - you get to visit with lots of folks. No training is needed for these jobs. Some volunteers, if you have completed TIPS training, will help check id's, sell tickets, or take money. Thank you for your help and support this year!

Woo hoo! Tonight is the night! We can't wait! Art Night Out July 14 - Wendy Woo Art Night Out is is a free, family-friendly community event that takes place from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on the second Friday, May through September, in Old Town Lafayette. The Art Market, ARTSLafayette beer & wine garden, children's activities and food trucks open at 5pm. The free concert starts at 6:30 pm. Art Night Out visitors can also enjoy live demonstrations by artists, crafters, dancers, and others.
