The fae folk of the kingdom of LaFete present the 6th Annual Festival of Faerie; a fairy-tale festival that promotes, encourages, and develops storytelling skills by offering a community event that spans both Eastern and Western cultures.
The festival provides activities for adults and children of all ages; this is a celebration of art and imagination with an eclectic mix of theatrical performances. There are visual arts, music, dance, live-steel sword play, and questing, it is with these activities that the fae folk of LaFete encourage and support re-discovering the arts and the art of living. Strap on your wings, gird your armor, put on your elfish ears and join us....let your imagination take flight!

On Saturday we hardy fae will chase the snow pixies away and have our springtime fest, with games, singing, and a quest. May 20th, at Festival Plaza.
The Winter Pixies are having their fun today, but that's ok. We will be celebrating on Saturday!
Throw back Thursday of the beautiful Festival of Faerie. Imaginative costumes and story-time with a queen. Even a quest to discover. This year is poised to be even more fun. Hope you'll join us and bring a friend!
We do have a rain date, just in case, of June 3rd. If we need to change we will post on all our pages and event posts as soon as we can. However, it appears so far that today's bad weather will not interfere with our Festival on Saturday. Please check back regularly for updates. =)
