Our mission is to inspire and educate people to better their lives through health and fitness.
We specialize in fat loss, movement, and golf performance. Unity Fitness is a results-based training facility. We want to help you achieve results and results start with the right program. That program includes training, nutrition, movement screens/assessments, and support. We value programs that work, particularly for fat loss, but also for better movement quality and golf performance.
The facility was created in order to help more people get the results they desire. We use the latest research, best training/coaching methods, and have the best functional equipment.
We value high-quality programs for all of our members. We don't have any circuit machines at the facility which allows us to teach you how to move better. Once you start moving better you will start to feel better. When you start feeling better you will begin to look better.
We also offer online training for clients who still want the value of the programs we use at the facility, but don't reside in the area.
