Our deepest condolences go out to our Child Care Director Charlene Shaw and her family. The YMCA of Klamath Falls is a community and when there is a loss in the community, we all feel it. Jesse was a vibrant young man; from his infectious smile to his outgoing personality, he was a force both on the stage and in person. Junior Counselors Junior Counselor Camp is a place where kids entering 7th or 8th grade in Fall of 2017 can enjoy a fun and safe summer—while learning responsibility at the same time.The Junior Counselor’s main role is to assist the Camp Director and the Counselors in leading group activities and providing great experiences for campers. The Junior Counselor will help the Super Campers gain a feeling of high self-esteem and confidence.
