Congratulations to Bella Rossborough! Last year when Bella was a Sea Road School fifth-grader she, along with her friend Tucker Kennedy and teacher Jan Gibson, worked closely with our Energy Efficiency Committee to come up with an ordinance creating a plastic bag ban in Kennebunk. Bella decided something needed to be done after she studied the effect of plastic bags in school. FMI on this ordinance: http://bit.ly/2q5HTvk
