Description
We are a full time Academy offering Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. We are a full service center offering Taekwondo, Tai Chi, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. All of our Instructors are certified to teach in their field and are dedicated to bringing you the most modern training systems along with the proven traditions of each art.
Our desire as a staff is to train you to be the best you can be in your choice of styles and to help you reach your training and fitness goals. We’ve worked with literally thousands of students over our 25+ years of teaching and have seen so many people of all ages and abilities achieve things they had only hoped possible.
