I am a twenty-three year trial lawyer and seven year mediator. I have been a trial lawyer for twenty years on both sides of the bar. I have tried over 100 cases, including jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. I have mediated over 900 cases/disputes. I am a Credentialed Distinguished Mediator with the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association and a member of the Association of Attorney Mediators. My mediation success rate exceeds 90%. I get cases settled because I understand litigation and, perhaps more importantly, litigants.
