As a part of Houlton’s Parks and Recreation Department, the John Millar Civic Center exists as a community space for citizens of all ages to come and enjoy themselves. The John Millar Civic Center was completed in 2000 as a place for hockey and
skating during the winter as well as a variety of events year-round. The building is
fully handicap accessible and meets all present codes.
