Phil’s offers Daily Manager’s Specials. So, be sure to call ahead or check out the “Specials Board” when you arrive. The sides that accompany the Specials of the Day vary, but will usually include bread and your choice of two vegetables from the vegetables of the day. Each is delicious and made fresh just for you!
We offer Dine In / Carry - Out / and Catering!

Phil Dugan began his journey in the restaurant business in 1970. He started when he was fifteen years old working at Jud's Steak House. He then worked twenty-six years for Western Sizzlin Steak House. In June of 2001, he opened Phil's Family Restaurant and in February of 2014 what is today, Phil’s Restaurant – 2900 Central Avenue. Phil's offers the best in southern style home cooking - just like home, but without the mess! :-)
