Oyster Po'boy. Fresh from Jakolof Bay Oyster Co. Pan fried cormeal crusted local oysters with shredded romaine, tomatos, red onion, horseradish-Sriracha remoulade and a nice slab of center cut bacon. Now on the new sub menu!

I cook nearly everything on cast iron. This is our Huevos Rancheros with local chorizo, local duck eggs and our house red chili. It takes me about a week to make the red chili and it shows up in many of our dishes. Fresh local rabbit and oxtail incoming.
