Green Acres Farmstead is a small local pasture raised farm in Hilmar California, providing farm fresh eggs. Green Acres Farmstead is a small local pasture raised farm, located in the heart of California's central valley. Established by two young farmers committed to producing a sustainable earth friendly food-worthy of your table.
Our philosophy is pretty simple, Do Good; Do good for the animals, for the environment and especially for you, our consumer.
Here on the farm, our animals are raised out on the pasture, the way nature intended. Thanks to the wonderful climate of our area, we are able to keep our girls on grass 24-7, year round. We utilize "chicken tractors" -floorless mobile coops which house their nesting boxes and roosting bars. They are always open so that our hens can come in and out as they please. We supplement their diet with a non-GMO, No Corn, No Soy diet. This method results in the most delicious and nutritious pasture raised eggs!
Each new day brings the opportunity to learn and continue to strive for the best. We are grateful for the opportunity to share our products and for you to enjoy the journey as we grow together.

🐣 chick day on the farm 🐣 our chickens come by mail from a local hatchery. These girls will spend 4 weeks inside our brooder and then it's green grass for life! Here's a peak into what unboxing looks like. (We get multiple orders throughout the year) thanks as always for the support!
