The essential elements of a farm are soil, sun, water, seeds, animals, some equipment, people who work and optimism. Colorado Wise Acres Farm has all of these. We overlook the South Platte River Valley just north of Fort Lupton and enjoy a grand view of the Rocky Mountains including Long’s Peak. We have irrigation water from the historic Fulton Ditch which was incorporated in 1865, eleven years before Colorado became a state. We produce hay, garden vegetables, cut flowers, eggs, pork and lamb meat. Our animals include horses, chickens, ducks, donkeys, sheep, goats and pigs…all well fed.
