YEAH!!!! PJs is finally open! I had dinner there last night and it was great to have a Monte Cristo again!!! I've sure missed them. Same great food and effecient friendly help. Who are VERY happy to be back to work.

Pjs is looking better than ever and the end of the disaster is in sight thanks to the hard ass work and dedication and love our remarkable loyal employees. It is still shocking that we had to close the doors for this long or at all because of a little fire but I and our hard working employees can assure you that it was smokey and soot every inch of PJS. It's all being cleaned and or to replaced to the same if not a notch better. We take pride in our food and atmosphere and I guarantee it will be a bit warmer , happier and great place it always was. I thank each and every employee for there incredible hard work and love for pjs and my parents. It wouldn't of been possible without the pjs crew... I can't emphasize that enough. You guys are sooooo amazing I get teary eyed thinking how much everyone has put into this sad and devastating and humbling situation. We hope to open soon and I will keep u all posted as the days go by. Love you all and thank you for your dedication and hard work.

Tomorrow (Wednesday, 4/25/17) PJs will have home made egg salad sandwiches, homemade potato salad and beef barley soup.

PJs has a small selection of sandwiches, beef barley soup and potato salad this week. This is on the bar side. Looking forward to seeing you there.

The bar and poker table are still open. We have a little bit of food available. This week it was soup, sandwiches and ribs with potatoe salad. I'm not sure what they'll have next week, but a little bit of something.

PJs UPDATE: Crew still working hard, contractors staring Monday, no opening date yet. Jerry said my update was too wordy -- so read whichever version you want LOL

UPATE on PJs: Our incredible staff is still cleaning and working hard. The place doesn't smell smokey and they are doing a terrific job! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND LOYALTY. We are at the point now where we have to start the remodeling part as the insurance company approves the items. We are starting with a new kitchen floor. Sadly, we will not be open again this week. We are working as fast as we can so that we can open soon and bring you the high quality food and service to which you have become accustomed. I will keep you updated from time to time. Thank you for your patience.

There was a fire last night in the kitchen. Damage is not horrible, but we are still going to have to close the restaurant for a time. Will have to wait for cleaning and some new equipment. The bar, card table and machines will be open as usual. We are very, very sorry for the inconvenience and especially to those of you who planned to spend their Easter with us.
