Sausage or Pepperoni pizza and a pitcher for $10. There will be an auction held during the bands first break to raise funds to waive application fees for new members. Items are currently being accepted to be auctioned off. * 7:00 - 11:00 pm Music entertainment provided by Out By 8. Remember, it doesn't have to only be on the weekends and it doesn't only have to be in the campgrounds. They don't even have to be Moose members! The only restriction is that they are not allowed on public property or apartment complexes. You obviously are not allowed to flock anyone with insurance either. See the bartenders or Amanda to get your flocks ordered before time runs out and it is too late!

It's Camp-O-Rama weekend! That means any and all Moose members are invited to camp this weekend, in our campground, for FREE! There are no sites available with hook-up so please know it would be dry camping and they MUST be a Moose member. So what's going on this weekend? Here is the line up! Your weekend update for August 11th, 2017.... Friday, August 11th: * 5:00 pm Kitchen opens with officer from both the men and women serving up a spaghetti and meatball dinner with a side salad for $7.00. * 8:00 pmish $5,000.00!!!! That's what the Queen of Hearts has capped off at! With just 20 cards left, someone is bound to hit it! Will it be you? You won't even have a chance if you don't purchase tickets. Just please play responsible. * 8:00 pm Karaoke Saturday, August 12th: * 5:00 pm Harvey Anniversary Celebration. Everyone is invited to the pavilion for a celebration to celebrate what would have been Larry and Shirley' 51st anniversary and to honor the late Shirley Harvey. There will be free beer, until the two kegs are gone. * 7:00 - 11:00 pm Music entertainment provided by Nashville Rebels. Sunday, August 13th: * 8:00 am Bingo See you there!

Did you know that a flock of flamingos is called a stand, a colony, regiment or a flamboyance (doesn't matter the size of the flock)? Thank you to everyone that has participated thus far in our flamingo flocking. I hope everyone has had some fun and found great humor is this event. I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that the proceeds from this fundraiser, the WOTM will be donating it to Mooseheart's Boys Athletic Program. We all know how important it is to stay active so let's do what we can to help them have the necessary equipment and accessories to be successful at staying active an involved. I also want it to be known that the flocking is not limited to just the campground. The only places we cannot flock are apartment complexes and businesses. Lastly, if a flamingo flock or colony is ransacked by predators or hit with a natural disaster, it could take several years for the birds to recover and for their population to grow again. Please, if you have been flocked or see a flock, please do not move them or decide to make off with one for yourself. This is all done in fun for a great cause and we'd like to keep it that way and to have our flamingos to hopefully do this again in the future.
