Besties are Back for the Best in Sumner County. They left Moss-Wright Park off the list, so write it in as the Best Park in Sumner County! And while you are at it, write in the Goodlettsville Independence Day Celebration or Heritage Days at Historic Mansker's Station as Best Community Event! http://msmtn.secondstreetapp.com/l/Main-Street-Awards-Sumner-County/Ballot
Tennessee Association of Vintage Base Ball
Are you looking for something unique and free to do on Sunday? Moss-Wright Park will play host to the opening weekend game of the Highand Rim Distillers of the Tenneseee Vintage Base Ball League. This is Goodlettsville's home team. Come out and see living history on the base ball field! Takes place across from the Bowen House at noon. http://tennesseevintagebaseball.com/
Tomorrow (Saturday, March 25th) will be a busy, busy day at the park with a baseball tournament, GooDOG Festival event, and much more! For those attending the baseball tournament we ask that all vehicles enter the park through the main entrance (745 Caldwell Dr.). Please refrain from entering the park through the "top" or second entrance. We will not have extra parking on the soccer complex side of the park, for those attending the tournament. For those coming to the park for the GooDOG festival, we ask that you use the second/ "top" entrance (775 Caldwell Dr). Please feel free to spread the word to help with the park's traffic flow on Saturday.
