Last night our management team enjoyed a group dinner where we celebrated our 2017 successes and discussed our 2018 goals. A highlight of our dinner was also celebrating our Director of Operations, Lauren Desormeaux’s 10 year anniversary. In addition to a nice plaque and embroidered shirts signifying her Decade of Excellence, she will also receive an all expense paid vacation as we show our appreciation for her contributions. Our Mission Statement reads in part, ‘...we strive to achieve a profit margin that allows us to reinvest in our team members thru raises and incentives...’ Without you, our valued guests, last nights dinner and Lauren’s anniversary recognition would not be possible. We know you have many choices on where to spend your dining dollars and we humbly thank you for spending them with us, so that we are able to give back to our team.
