Welcome to The Pilates Practice. We specialize in Classical Pilates training. We offer private and semi-private sessions on all Pilates Apparatus as well as Mat and Barre classes. We can't wait to meet you in our new Foxboro studio. Experience the positive effects Pilates can have on overall health, fitness and athletic performance. Visit our Foxboro studio where our certified instructors will customize a Pilates program to fit your needs and goals. Our studio is outfitted with authentic Pilates Designs by Basil and classical Peak Pilates equipment and our instructors maintain the highest levels of Pilates training. Morning, afternoon, and evening session times are available for booking. Schedule you session or class today through our convenient MindBody software.
