Training time will not be spent sitting down; the overuse of typical gym equipment is obsolete. Leverage makes available weekly, dynamic workouts that engage the entire body in as little as 30 to 45 minutes. These workouts are specially developed through, and supported by, proven science, continuing education, and years of dedication to fitness.
