JSK 5.0 Hunboldt.Featuring Jeff Speakman's Kenpo 5.0 . Classes will be held Monday through Thursday also on Saturdays TINY DRAGONS (Ages 3-5) Mon & Wed 3:30 - 4:00 pm
This class is formated with the younger child in mind.With a strong focus on the basic fundamentals of martial arts ,stranger awareness and bully prervention.
. LITTLE DRAGONS (Ages 5-7) MON &-Wed 4:10--4:55 pm
The ranks for this group are divided into Beginning, Intermeadiate and Advance to help the little ones learn more efficiently at a slower pace. Fun classes structured to develop physical skills necessary for Martial Arts such as coordination, balance and proper form for basics. Classes develop life skills such as discipline, respect, focus, concentration and social skills.
KIDS CLASS (Ages 8-14) Beginning. MON & Wed 5:00-5:40 Advanced. Mon & WED 5 :45 - 6:25 pm
This program develops essential physical skills for self-defense. We focus on discipline, coordination, speed, power, flexibility, timing, balance and endurance, as well as self-defense techniques, ground fighting, basic blocking, kicking, striking drills and sparring. The program also develops the skills necessary to be successful in life such as self-confidence, respect, persistence, self-esteem and leadership.
ADULT CLASS 6:30 - 8:00 Mon & WED 6:30- 8:00 pm
Adult classes are for the serious minded only. Kenpo 5.0 System is designed to provide effective solutions to real problems. This is not your ordinary karate class. We teach self defense for street applications. When it comes to the protection of yourself and family you better know how to react. The system has one rule,
"On the streets, there are NO rules.".
WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE CLASS (8 WEEK COURSE)
The women's self defense class is designed to teach a no-nonsense approach to common attack senarios. We build self-confidence and instill self-protection methods. Don't be a statistic! You have the absolute right to defend yourself!
