Meet Carnie Blood; a strawberry hibiscus sour named after the wild and weird creators of Tour de Fat that we lovingly call our Carnies. Find it at the Carnie Blood tent at each Tour de Fat this year. Inspired by a Belgian cocktail garnished with a mysteriously tropical, sweet, and very tart golden fruit— l’amour en cage, otherwise known as a gooseberry.
