Sign ups for the 2017 summer reading program have started! Reading packets will be ready for pickup June 1. Please come to the library to sign up.
The Classic Book Club meeting scheduled for tonight has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
After School Book Club
This month the After School Book Club is reading "The Boxcar Children" by Gertrude Warner. Anyone in grades 3-5 is welcome to attend. Copies of the book are available at the library for checkout.
Teen Movie Night
Our monthly Teen Movie Night is coming up soon! Teen Movie Night is a free event for grades 6-12 only. Free pizza is provided by the library for all teens in attendance.
Banned Book Club
Meet us at the library Thursday, May 25 @ 6:00 p.m. to discuss "The Giver" by Lois Lowry. Copies of the book are available for check out at the library. Ebook and audiobook copies are also available on https://molib2go.overdrive.com/
Teen Writing Club
Open to high school students, the Teen Writing Club offers a space for young writers to explore their creative talents.
Kids Crafternoon
It's almost time for another Kids Crafternoon! Please call or come to the library in order to sign up. This event is free to attend.
Parkland Writers Circle
The Parkland Writers Circle will have their next meeting of the month on Wednesday May 17th @ 6 pm. This meeting will be a workshop, so please bring 3-4 pages of your writing if you plan on attending. All meetings are open for anyone to attend.
