Some pics from our adult classes with Helio Soneca this weekend. We had over 60 people attend at east 1 of the 3 sessions! Coach Baily is great at giving you a takedown system you can actually do successfully. When I train In open mat I can easily tell who has been coming to his classes and who hasn't! If you want to add confident takedowns to your game be sure to show up every Tuesday at 7:30! Great coach... great class!

Adv Class working attack the back. We started with the simple hand-fighting system that will double your finish % instantly! Here we are drilling hand-fighting round robin style. Great times!!!
