Palatine Park boat ramp hits delays, Elliott: 'It was supposed to be done before now'
“It’s going to be a big asset to the riverfront development,” Elliott said. “It’s the next step in something that, year after year, I think is something that’s very good for the community. We’re showcasing what we have on the waterfront, and this is an addition to what we’re trying to accomplish there.”
