Absentee voting for the October 3 Municipal Election will open Monday, September 18 and will remain open through Monday, October 2 at the City Clerk’s Office in Patrick B. Cole City Hall, 800 Cushman Street, Fairbanks. All City of Fairbanks and Fairbanks North Star Borough voters are welcome to vote early from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the above dates.
