Today's Member Spotlight is on Scott C.! Scott had originally decided to join OTF because he was familiar with interval training and heard about us through a friend. So far Scott is LOVING the community and excitement about Orangetheory. He also really enjoys the diversity among members. Because he has fun at OTF he looks forward to coming in to the studio instead of dreading a workout. Scott thought he was in pretty good shape before starting but noticed physiological changes quickly. Scott is an avid biker and has a 10 mile loop with various hills that he rides frequently. He always times himself and last year he completed the loop in 1 hour with all his effort. This year, after not riding the loop for 8 months he completed the loop in 50 minutes at only 80% effort!
