Edinburg CISD to Start Late on Wednesday Due to Weather Edinburg CISD Alternate Student Start Times for Inclement Weather on Wednesday, January 17, 2018: Elementary School Student Start Time at 9:00 A.M. Middle School Student Start Time at 9:25 A.M. High School Student Start Time at 9:50 A.M. All District and Campus staff will report to work by 8:45 A.M. ECISD Buses will begin student pickup schedules at 8:30 A.M. for elementary schools and approximately 9:00 A.M. for middle and high schools. The District will send out a District-wide voicemail message to all parents, email the schedule to all ECISD staff, post the inclement weather alternate schedule on ECISD social media, and communicate the changes with the news media outlets.
