Description
Easton Public Market is a year-round, locally driven indoor market featuring 13 artisanal food vendors, a farmstand and demo kitchen. SHOP - DINE - LEARN! A program of the Greater Easton Development Partnership (GEDP), the 16,000 square foot Easton Public Market features artisanal food vendors and an array of contemporary dining options, including the Valley’s first Asian noodle bar. Offering the old world charm of a butcher, a baker and fish monger, alongside more modern delicacies such as craft beer, wood-fired pizza and Texas smoked BBQ, shoppers will find themselves immersed in a multi sensory food experience - chocolate simmering, pies baking, and oysters shucked while they wait. The 800 square foot Highmark Farmstand offers an array of local produce, dairy and whole and prepared foods.
Following in the footsteps of Easton’s successful open-air farmers’ market, the EPM also serves as a vibrant community gathering space, hosting a full slate of culinary events in the demonstration kitchen (sponsored by Easton Hospital) and local food programs in the Community Room. Kids can keep busy in the FreySmiles Kids’ Zone, an inspirational dine & play space. The Kitchen and Community Room are also available for rent for private events.
