Delta Krav Maga is dedicated to training you in the world's most effective self defense and hand to hand combat system. Students can expect a rigorous cardiovascular workout promoting conditioning and weight loss. Our training facility is conveniently located in the center of East Longmeadow at Continuum Performance Center. Krav Maga classes are offered throughout the week, along with regularly scheduled seminars. A women only class is held each week on Friday evenings. "After the Attack: Self & Buddy First Aid Course" taught by Paramedic/Firefighter Bill Kraus - Saturday February 6th, 2016 Since we deal with surviving violent encounters we thought it would be fitting to go over how to stop blood loss and dress a wound whether it be from a knife, gunshot or any other means of trauma. Bill gave us a very detailed, informative and hands-on course on how to properly use Quikclot, Israeli bandages and tourniquets.
