La Vie Massage was started as a calling to help others. One day I realized that to really do my life's work, I needed to find a way to help others feel great about themselves as a whole. I began an almost two year journey to become a massage therapist.

I finished school with the personal belief that wellness incorporates a persons whole self: Mind, Body, and Spirit.

My goal as a massage therapist is to facilitate well being with my clients. I can custom create  sessions targeted at specific muscle groups that are causing discomfort or perform full body relaxation massage.

At the end of a long day take care of you! A 60 min massage is like a mini vacation just for you.
