Swing Bridge Traffic Advisory

East Haddam/Haddam Swing Bridge Traffic Advisory On Wednesday, July 20, 2016 and Thursday, July 21, 2016 between the times of 9:00 A.M and 3:00 P.M, the Department of Transportation will be performing tests on the opening of the Swing Bridge on Route 82 over the Connecticut River in East Haddam. Longer than usual openings and delays are expected and alternate routes are advised.
