In the summer, the school organizes circus camps in the beautiful outdoors at the Sanctuary in East Haddam.
OmFly uses an innovative approach to teaching the art of body movement. Combining the ancient traditions of circus and yoga, classes help build core strength, confidence, and maintain a healthy spine. Benefits of inversions (being upside down) include increased calm, concentration, circulation, as well as the decompression of the spine and mood enhancement.
