Our own pediatric ophthalmologist Grace Prakalapakorn, MD volunteering last week through AAPOS- American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus partner hospital, Tianjin Eye Hospital in Tianjin, China. She and UNC colleague Kathy Whitfield, MD spent their time lecturing, seeing patients and even held hands on workshops to teach local ophthalmologists.
