Also selling petit gateau, tarts and more Lola Dessert Shoppe, a new and upcoming french influenced bakery is run by Kallista Pluciennik, a Culinary Institute of America graduate with a Baking and Pastry Arts degree. Lola got its name from Kallista's grandmother, Delores (whose nickname was Lola) Kallista's grandmother inspired her to become a pastry chef and was the inspiration behind the shoppe's name. LDS uses only the freshest ingredients and will give you nothing less than the best products possible.
