A Northcoast attitude runs through all of our brews and we seek smart and complex flavors whilst always striving for balance. Our beers will be available only at the Canal Park Brewing Company, in the heart of Canal Park on Lake Superior and we will of course offer growlers for customers to drink our beer at home. This week's BOTW may sound familiar because our Ranger Burger is back! (just for the week) - Ground beef patty on a soft brioche bun with melty Blue Cheese Amablu, Arugula, and Green Peppercorn Sauce, served with our seasoned fries.
This week's BOTW is the Harissa Burger. Enjoy a little southern Mediterranean flavor with this seasoned beef patty (cumin, thyme & garlic) on a toasted bun with caraway mayo, tomato, sautéed red onions and Harissa sauce. Served with a fresh chilled cucumber salad tossed in a cider vinaigrette.
