Memorial For Elmer Bywater
Elmer E Bywater, 63, of Dover, passed away Thursday, April 20th, at his residence. Born in Dennison on June 1, 1953, a son of the late Sam Zeigler and Sylvia (Bywater) Dennis, also preceded in death by step-father John Dennis. A devoted member of the Dover Eagles 515. Survived by his wife Dorthy (Anderson) Bywater, married June 13, 1981; 2 daughters Emily (David) White, of New Philadelphia, Sarah Bywater, of the home; 2 sons Matthew (Julia) Kestel, of Canton, Brian (Mary) Bywater, of Millersburg; 4 sisters Diane (Rod) Hiple, Selma (Junior) Patterson, Rhonda (Mike) Hamilton, Alicia Dennis; brother Jerry Dennis; along with 7 grandchildren. A memorial will be held 2pm Saturday, May 13th at Dover Eagles 515, 224 N. Tuscarawas Ave. Dover, Ohio.
