At CrossFit Del Rio, we use a system of programs that involve fun, progressive and functional training techniques from the beginner to the CrossFit fire breathers to performance athletes.
By no means do we classify our program as easy. We believe that a program involving the right mixture of functional exercises at a high intensity in an energetic environment with the right guidance will keep our members stay motivated by seeing and feeling the changes their bodies will achieve.
Our methods of training require you to give every workout your all. We teach you technique, then have you apply it to a high level of intensity. The workouts constantly vary to keep your fitness moving forward.
So, we get you off the old circuit machines and get you moving on your feet, emulating movements you come across in daily life to develop core strength and overall fitness.
