Join Stacy in a high energy, dance-inspired workout to all your favorite music. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face! What's better than getting fit and having a great time while doing it? Cardio Funk is one hour of body-moving, sweat-drenched fun! You will burn tons of calories while toning your body and having a blast! No dance experience necessary, just the desire to sweat, shake it, and have some fun.

$20 for a single walk-in class
$18 for a single class when bought with a 10 class punchcard ($180 CASH or check)

CARDIO FUNK will keep you looking and feeling young. Workouts should be FUN... And that's exactly what you'll get here. Classes resume this week: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays 9:30-10:30am Wednesday Night 10 week session (7:30pm) will begin January 13th and I still have a couple of spots left if anyone is interested lmk asap!
