We can't thank you enough for the help in selling our home. We purchased our home from Rich a few years ago,so we decided to give Rich a call on a Friday to say we were interested in selling, but weren't sure what we could list it for. He gave us a round about number and said he had a buyer coming in from out of state the next morning. So we set to tidying up our home and Rich showed it the next morning.
