M A N T R A • M O N D A Y 🕉 As we transition from the weekend into Monday it can be hard not to move into auto-pilot mode. How often do you go through the motions of your day without really being there? 🤔 . A mantra is a invitation to be present and set an intention for your day. It can be as simple as noticing your breath, as you breathe in "I am breathing in" and as your breathe out "I am breathing out". When we select a word or series of words to repeat in the form of a mantra, we are affirming it to ourselves and allowing its meaning to seep below the surface into our subconscious, helping shift our negative patterns into positive ones.🙏🏼 . Today at Studio A we are practicing the mantra "Be Here Now". Show up for yourself, show up for those around you. The only moment that exists is now. Take 10 deep belly breaths and repeat your mantra as you inhale and as you exhale. 🌷

The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) combines traditional and contemporary mat and equipment- based Pilates exercises and performs them on the suspension trainer. Each PSM exercise has a Pilates root and is also done in many of the traditional Pilates series. The PSM is designed to teach in a group or one-on-one setting. During the 6 hour PSM Foundation Course you will learn 75+ essential and intermediate level PSM exercises. Every exercise will be demonstrated, various modifications discussed, and all students will be cued through the exercises. A 100 page comprehensive manual will be given to all participants with step-by-step pictures for each exercise. This workshop welcomes all types of mindful movement and fitness instructors and enthusiasts. $250.00 includes six hours of hands-on instruction and a Comprehensive PSM Manual
