MWM Coaching & Training is a training center for all your training needs. Run coaching, personal training, group fitness classes, metabolic testing. MWM Fitness (Miles with Misty Coaching & Training) offers customized training schedules for new and advanced runners, one-on-one run coaching and personal training, online training, Vo2 Max & metabolic testing, nutritional advice, running programs, bootcamp classes and small group fitness classes. We are based out of Crown Point, Indiana.

Here's our exercise of the week! The Reverse Lunge with Overhead Press is a great total body workout for those who are in a time crunch. Do 3 sets of 10 alternating legs with 1 minute rest between sets. Happy Friday!
