Congrats to our newest member of the month--Paul! • How long have you been a member of Anytime Fitness? I have been a member since Anytime opened and after the Cottage Grove club closed it was easy we all followed MARY! • How did Anytime Fitness help you achieve some of your fitness or healthy lifestyle goals? It helped me by just getting up every day and seeing all those same faces I have for a lot of years and became a workout family with a lot of people. • What are your fitness goals? Feel good, try to look good which is harder every day, and to just be a healthier person • How has your fitness changed since you became a member at Anytime Fitness? I workout with a group of friends more than I ever used to. A lot more cardio as I get older harder to keep fat from jumping on board these days. • What advice would you give other members? Don’t ever stop keep pushing, working out helps and makes a person feel great mentally and physically! Keep going and work hard once you start seeing results it gets easier to stay around. • What goals have you achieved since you joined AF? Recently had a major health issue and was out for some time and didn’t know if I was ever going to get back. At that time my goal was just to get back and my wife pushed me out of the recliner and into the gym and have been coming back ever since and that goal alone is huge for me. I feel good, and really Love ATF!!!! Great job Mary!

Arms/shoulders today & it felt amazing. I got a new pre-workout & I actually FELT IT 😏 cardio cuts for the win! Woo! Post workout protein shake with 50G of protein in it.
