Megan Kruse: EWU Visiting Writer Series
Join us for this special edition of the EWU Get Lit! Programs Visiting Writer series! The reading will feature not only Megan Kruse but local writers Kris Dinnison, Melissa Huggins, Liz Rognes, Marianne Salina, Sharma Shields and Aileen Keown Vaux.
Passport to New Zealand
One of the first FundEWU projects, led by the EWU Office of Global Initiatives, was to fund passports for students who wish to study abroad. The Fund a Passport project met its goal of $5,000, and allowed 50 students to purchase their passport – giving them to a chance to participate in academic experiences all over the world. Senior Kelly Watt received a $100 passport grant to travel to New Zealand last summer.

The EWU Women's Studies Center is hosting internationally recognized artist, cultural organizer and activist, Favianna Rodriguez, for International Women's Day on Friday, March 3. Rodriguez will present a brief lecture followed by a workshop on art and activism.

LLCs come together for Library Lights Out
EWU Living Learning Communities - LLC, a housing community of students who share academic interests, came together for an overnight team-building program in which students spent the night playing laser tag, crafting and coloring in the JFK Library.
