MentorMe Drug Testing Services
Description
MentorMe® Drug Testing Services is committed to helping communities to become drug free by working closely with families, non-profit and small businesses. As the Founder and Executive Director of MentorMe® Drug Testing Services, I have prepared a series of educational programs to sponsor in local communities for those who are concerned with the drug epidemic in their neighborhood. I am your Drug Test Consultant and Certified TIPS® Trainer. I advocate for safe and drug free environments in all communities.
I designed MentorMe® Drug Testing Services to provide highly reliable home drug testing programs for parents who are concerned that their teens are using drugs and workplace drug testing for businesses who desire to create a drug free and safe work environment.
I graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Technology & Management and a secondary concentration in Paralegal Studies: Criminal Law. I competitively participated in the “Women’s Leadership and Change Program” held at John’s Hopkins University the fall of 1998 while pursuing a Masters in Information and Telecommunications: Information Security degree.
As an active member of the Prince George’s County and Montgomery County Women’s Legislative, Planning and Briefing Committee I enjoyed advocating for equal rights for women and children. In 1996, while attending the Alliance of Black Telecommunication Employees National Convention in Dallas, Texas, I was nominated for “Outstanding Chapter Member”, and the recipient of the “Outstanding Community Service” and “Outstanding Member” awards.
My volunteer skills enabled placement on the NAACP (Howard County) Board of Executives as the Secretary to the Office of the President and later assumed the position as Chairperson of the Health Committee. During these endeavors, I received the “Partner of Choice Award” provided to leading performers of AT&T on behalf of the President of the company.
I served in the United States Air Force Reserve during which time I received the “Commander’s Achievement Award” and am an alumni of the Dale Carnegie Institute of Human Development and Public Speaking, where I received the honor of “Most Highest to Achieve” by election of my peers and program directors.
